BMI Industrial is a Canadian, turnkey multi-trade contractor with 30+ years of hands-on experience building, upgrading, and sustaining industrial facilities. We deliver design-build projects with one accountable team—engineering, construction, and maintenance—so schedules stay tight, handoffs are clean, and results are measurable on safety, quality, and cost.

Our in-house capabilities span Project & Business Management, Professional Engineering (P.Eng, CET), Millwrighting, Heavy Rigging, Fabrication & Welding (shop + field), Electrical (LV/HV, single/3-phase to CSA Ontario standards), SCADA/HMI & Automation, Drafting (mechanical/electrical, digital/hybrid), Civil works, Demolition & waste removal/re-servicing, Transformer relocations, plant repairs/re-tools, and general contracting.

We specialize in custom-fit solutions and adaptive reuse—unlocking value in existing assets while meeting modern standards. Sectors include Power (incl.
