    The Hayes Dana Plant (Bioveld 2)

    The Hayes Dana Plant Retrofit (now known as Bioveld South) is a 500,000 ft² industrial space. BMI Industrial provided full-service engineering and project management, working directly with tenants to meet specific process needs.

    Petro Canada Transloading Project

    BMI Industrial partnered with NPS on the Petro Canada Transloading Project, designing and supplying equipment to efficiently transload light vacuum oil from railcar to truck for distribution across Southern Ontario.

    CHAR Technologies Laboratory & Facility Expansion

    BMI Industrial has partnered with CHAR Technologies on both their original facility laboratory build and their current site expansion. From engineering through installation, our team is helping grow CHAR’s operation and support renewable natural gas and biocarbon production.

    Solar Farms

    BMI Industrial completed a series of solar farm maintenance and upgrade contracts for Agris Solar Cooperative. Our team provided end-to-end field support to keep systems operating efficiently and ensure long-term performance.

    Data Centre Construction

    BMI Industrial is building a growing portfolio of cryptocurrency data centres, with each project expanding in scale and capability. We are currently working on our third — and largest to date — delivering full industrial construction and electrical integration to support high-demand mining operations.
